Maple Barbecued Spareribs
3lbs Spareribs
3/4c Maple Syrup
1T Ketchup
1T Cider Vinegar
1T Chopped Onion
1t Worcestershire Sauce
1t Salt
1/4t Dry Mustard
1/8t Black Pepper
Place spareribs into a saucepan and add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Drain. Mix maple syrup and remaining ingredients together. Place spareribs in a shallow baking dish and pour half the sauce over the ribs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until tender. Baste with remaining sauce during baking. Broil five minutes to brown
